Last weekend we drove up to the Jersey Shore for a reunion with some friends from David's college years! One of the guys has a family beach house and he was so kind to invite us all there! There were 9 adults, 1 baby, and 1 bun in the oven! David is the first of his close college friends to have a kid... but before long there will be lots of little ones at these get togethers!
We took advantage of the sweet pool setup while everyone else went and checked out the beach for a bit! This is R's second dip in a pool.... he really enjoyed it!
It was so nice to just relax and get to enjoy this experience, just the three of us!
I love this float! R is a little small for it currently so I think next time I will roll up something to boost him up a bit so he's not so far down. We will get to try it out again next week at my grandparent's pool!
After R was fed and down for a nap, D fixed some yummy paninis for a mini-date lunch. We enjoyed taking in the view and swimming!
